The Crew

“He ain’t heavy, father…. he’s my brother.” – Reuben Grander (Boys town).

Family owned and operated by the Sullivan’s. The patriarch of the clan, Mike Sullivan III planted the seed for his kids to be extremely active, discover an education path, create opportunity, give generously, and be respectful. Family is usually the center of their worlds and perhaps why it was a no brainer when they decided to go into business together. Although they have several common threads weaving them together (real estate and an adventurous outlook on life being just a few) they each have their own strengths that make this a unique and perfect team.

Mike Sullivan IV

Mike’s journey in real estate began at a young age, framing houses, installing windows, doors, cabinets, and finish carpentry, he quickly became a “Jack of all trades”.

His love of construction morphed into an interest in design, and he obtained a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Post-graduation led to an architecture firm -> project managers at Habitat for Humanity, a residential developer, high-end single-family home remodeling firm -> slight curve to an investment and property management of multifamily assets as an analyst and then an asset manager.

As an asset manager, contributed to a large team to operate a portfolio of 2K+ units, 8 properties in Omaha, NE. Team of 60 was responsible for taking care of residents living in class B and C multifamily homes and managed $35M in equity.

When Mike is not focusing on investment opportunites, he can likely be found blowing out speakers with his wife and young sons blasting music from their Disney playlist and starting kitchen dance parties.

Former Defensive End for the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. GBR!

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Tony answered the call to serve, obtained his private pilot’s license and joined the Air National Guard to fly the F-16 fighter jet.

He currently flies with Delta Air Lines as a First Officer of the Airbus 320 and can always be relied on for sharing the latest and greatest entrepreneur focused podcasts.

With his non-traditional schedule, Tony gives back and donates much of his free time as a contributing member of Youth Link’s Young Professional’s Board which serves to help homeless youth in Minneapolis.

Bobby Sullivan

An accountant by the degree the University of Nebraska issued, Bobby uses his background to assist in the analysis of real estate deals and lining up the right team for the next project.

Following in big brother’s footsteps, or should we say contrails, Bobby made a career change and joined the military as an Air Force F-16 fighter jet pilot and has recently become a FedEx Air Lines Pilot as First Officer of the Airbus 300.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and always has the perfect “Dad joke” ready to drop. A talent that will undoubtedly come in handy when he in fact becomes a dad.

A physician by trade, graduating from Creighton University in Omaha, Mike served his country as a doctor in the Army and currently practices in Lincoln, Nebraska.

As the eldest of six sisters and father to six kids of his own, family is how Mike spends most of his free time.

Mike’s passion in real estate had leaned toward “just the dirt” and if he’s not at home, he’s likely on his farmland. However, his kids (and partners) are helping to expand his horizons to additional residential and multifamily properties.

On this team, nobody works alone. We thrive on balancing our strengths and get it done with all hands-on deck.
